3x20 DL @ 30%
3x10 One-leg DL (5 each)
Increase weight each set
Then:
3x10 Snatch Grip DL @ 30%
Then: 50x Get-up @ 25#
Then:
Row/Ski 10 min, sprint 15 sec every min. Then:
Repeat 50x Get-up @ 25#
